balance payable upon turnover
2.) 2 YEARS TO PAY
INTEREST FREE ( with PDC's) – monthly amortization to begin 30
days after reservation
3.) 20-80 SCHEME
– 20% over two (2) years),with the 80% balance to be paid in full
prior to unit turnover (Note:The 20% is payable in 24 months,to
commence

reservation,with postdated checks.The 80% balance to be paid prior
to turnover or in house financing at the following rates:5 years at
