retail establishments at the ground level and lower
floors. Phase 1 consist of the basement levels, podium levels and
lower office zone consisting of 3 levels of floor plates of about
6,000 sqm. Phase 2 consist of the mid and high zones of office
floors with floor plates of about 2,000-3,500 sqm.
